Hi,
I am looking for a plastic balance with spring, cord, clip, and end cap
Length is 28 1/2 including end cap
End Cap Width is 15/16"

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance is a discontinued Cross-bow style channel balance and can likely be replaced with the Series 795 Channel.

To confirm the best replacement option, I'll need to know the length of an undamaged channel, the diameter of the spring, and the exact weight of the window sash.
