Block and Tackle replacements needed

Question

Have 3 windows that will not stay open. Only characters I can see on each balance are 34C OK BSI. Windows are approximately 20 years old and original to the house. (House built in 2003).

I can supply more photos if needed.

Thanks for posting. See our S795-34 Channel Balance. This balance has a 34" long metal channel, and attaches to the top of the window jamb with a screw clip. Please confirm this is the same with your old balance. For a stamp option choose 34C.

For the bottom T-Lock Shoe, see our 15-195B Open Cam shoe sold separately. This shoe can easily be swapped out with the shoe that comes by default with this balance (the closed cam 15-195). See below.
