Block and rod balance

Question

I need a right and left balance for a customer's vinyl window.
The parts had already fallen out of the window frame so I don't have a good idea of where they sat in the frame and do not have a picture of them in the frame.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The window balance you have here is an older, discontinued Crossbow Balance. I'm fairly certain our Series 795 Channel Balance will work to replace it but there are few details you'll need to gather, from an undamaged balance.

In additional to the information detailed in the video below, please also confirm the diameter of the balance spring.
