Block and tack spring

Question

I need to replace two block and tack.  I'm not sure which one to purchase.It's 28 inches long from metal end to metal end.  Attached are some pictures of the part.  The only number I found was 27--E. (Damaged)

Hi there!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. It looks like your bottom attachment is broken so we suggest measuring an undamaged version.

As for the stamp option, you'll need to remove your sash and weigh it on a scale to choose the appropriate stamp option. There's a chart on the S380 and S385's store page that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
