Hello, I do not see any model numbers or any markings whatsoever on this block and tackle. As you can see the plastic is broken off on one end. I would 12 of these.

Hi, Wayne.
The crossbow balances in your photos are no longer available but as long as the springs have a diameter of 1/2", you can follow the video below to convert your windows to use the S795 channel balances.
