Block and tackle balance for tilt M&W windows (2005)

We have two broken balances, (and and thus need 4 complete balances to replace those in the two windows. Also, one tilt latch, right side, is broken. Will need to replace that as well. Two T-locks broken as well. Hoping to get entire replement balances.

Hello,

We can supply your balances, but they will need to be custom-ordered to have the 15-198 clip attached to the S795-28 (28B) channel balances. We just sent over an order link and price quote for (4) replacement balances.

The bottom t-lock shoe resembles the smaller 15-194. See the video below showing how to swap the stock shoes with the 15-194, sold separately.

As for the tilt latch, unfortunately, yours is too damaged to identify. If you could remove an intact latch from the other side or an identical window to show us additional angles, we can go from there. Thank you!
