Hello! This balance appears to match our Series 795. The only major difference I see is that your balance has an open-cam shoe, whereas ours comes with a closed-cam by default. I therefore recommend ordering the 15-195B separately. They just snap on and off so its' easy to pop on once you get them.

Another thing to note is that our Series 795 installs at the top of the window using a screw. If yours uses a hook then let me know; we would have to custom make this.
