It doesn't look like the existing pivot pin matches your options

There is one screw that is 1" in from the edge

Thanks for reaching out to us. This is an old rod-type balance that's no longer made but we can still help. If the spring diameter is 1/2 ", I recommend the Series 795 channel balance. You may want to measure yours to confirm. The video below will go over the conversion in more detail.
