Both casement windows left and right of big window will open but don't close well

Assume I need new operators. Can i replace these from the inside?
Do you have the replacement operators?

I'm afraid I can't ID what you may have from these angles. Can you show us a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible? I will do my best to assist from there.

Well I put the numbers that are on the arm in my post.
It's hard to close when I open it all the way. Let me try again.

The numbers on the hinge arm don't help us identify your hardware, unfortunately, but these new photos are a huge help. Thank you!

My recommendation would be the 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 operators, depending on the length of the link arm. Review the specifications to see which ones match up best. I have also related some videos on this page that you may find helpful.

Ok thank you. I ordered the Caradco operators left and right. Hopefully this resolves my window issues.

This did not fix the issue. The window will not close all the way with the swinging arm attached. It was disconnected before, for this reason I'm sure. Any other suggestions?

It almost seems like they installed the wrong operators originally and disconnected the swing arm to make it work. Maybe I only need a single arm operator for this window?

I see no relevant differences between the old and new operators so I'm not too sure what the problem could be. It is very possible that the link arm is the wrong size. I see that you ordered the 39-155 and 39-156 operators which have a 3-13/16" long link arm. With that said, you may want to check the size of the link arm on your old assembly to ensure it's the same.
