Bottom double hung window pivot shoe

Greetings, I find no brand name on the windows or parts. The pivot shoe lock is approximately 1 1 1/4 inch wide by 1 3/8 length by 1/2 deep. The coil is 1/2 inch wide x 35 inches marked with possible part number 232208. Pics 1 and 2 are off a functioning window, pic 4 is what's in both sides of the window with the coils snapped off the pivot shoe. The balance support is marked 5.232.208, 5.345.638 and part number 801020.

Paul and Swisco team thank you for the response. The window sash weighs 20 pounds. Stamped on the coils are #5.5 35"P, 232208 and #4.5 35"P 232208. The pivot shoes appear to be functioning properly, so guessing 2 coils per side hooked together based on your videos and pictures. Thank you for your help. You folks are great professionals! BB
