Bottom of balance part

Looks like a pivot shoe for a channel balance. Unfortunately, we do not carry this style. It looks like our 15-194, but you'll note a deep groove in the face of your shoe that ours doesn't have. 

This means the only thing we can suggest is replacing the entire balance with our Series 795. Because this comes with a wide shoe, you'll still need to purchase the 15-194 separately. They pop on and off. Refer to the video below for more detail.
