Bottom was cracked on 52-2905 WHT

Landlord from Charlotte NC
Hi. This happened this morning. It looks like the balance snapped and cracked the bottom of lower sash. I assume it's not repairable and will need a new sash-at a minimum. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement sashes or framing. You may want to try reaching out to the manufacturer or a local sash fabricator for that part of your repair.

If you need the balances as well, yours is similar to the S795 channel balance but you'll need to check to see if yours installs with the same type of screw tab attached to the pulley as our stock balance shown below and confirm the T-lock shoe matches the 15-195 that comes with these balances.

You'll also need to locate the stamp code on the metal channel to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacements.

It also seems like the pivot bar that anchors the bottom of the sash broke off with the frame. We may be able to supply those as well but we would need to see an intact pivot bar to compare to our inventory. I'd also understand if you wanted to work on getting the sash repaired or replaced before tacking the other replacement parts. Just let us know if you need anything else.
