Please start by reviewing the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 operators. The main difference is the length of the link arm. Compare the overall dimensions and orientation to confirm a good fit! Also see the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle.

It also appears that the hinge assembly is rusted. To move forward, can you confirm the length of the metal sill track? From there we can get a clearer idea of a potential replacement option. Thank you!

The best we can supply is the 36-048 2-bar hinge with a 10" sill track. This style should still work for you, but the window may not open as far. Please note that you would need to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
