Bracket for spring assist devices on a vinyl window

I need to locate this style bracket for my vinyl windows. Three windows have a broken bracket and the spring assist rails are only working on one side.

This part is called a top sash guide. I recommend the 18-073, which looks just like what you show in your photos.
