Question

I need 2 sash guides with 29" channel messing 9/16 x 5/8. I thought I
Found it but smaller end looked wrong. It has a 28C stamped on it. No other markings

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2830 spring strength options for your replacement balances based on your 28C stamp. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
