Thanks for reaching out to us. It's tough to say since the other arm was cut off. The 39-031 and 39-155 come to mind though. The difference between them is the length of the link arm so you'll have to measure an undamaged version to see if one of these parts matches what you need. 

These operators are compatible with a handful of different brackets but the best match will depend on the original. Can we see a photo of the old bracket?

The EntryGard operators are commonly used with the 39-509 and 39-510 but that does not guarantee that they will match your original bracket. If there is another window that uses the same hardware, I'd recommend removing the bracket to compare to our selection here.
