Won't slide and break properly completely broken on one of the windows

Hello there. This is an older version of our 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. If the springs are torn, then the window will not lift properly. Be sure to check them to see if they need to be replaced. See the guides listed below for further details. Let me know if you have any questions.

The pivot shoes are broken the clock spring is fine
