Hello,
I'm wondering if this lock mechanism can be replaced or if I need to purchase a new patio sliding door/frame?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a good match for this handle set. The best we can offer is the 82-005 but you would need to see if you can install the keeper that it comes with to the door jamb. Take a look and see if you think this could work for you.
