Broken Balance Plygem Window

I am hoping you can help me replace a broken left balance from a Plygem window. I was told this site might have a replacement part but I have no idea how to find the right part on the site. The balance no longer stays attached to the pin coming out of the lower window frame (these are cream windows with grids in the top sash). I've attempted to "reattach" the existing balance by sliding it up into place but it does not seem to stay hooked on the sash...which means the window doesn't stay up on it's own any longer. Please let me know if I can provide more information. Thanks, Emily

Hey Emily. It's a bit tough to tell from this photo, but I believe that's an older version of the 15-177 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. See the videos below that show how to remove and replace a similar coil spring system, and also how to choose spring weights for the replacement springs. Let me know if you have questions.
