You can start by comparing the specifications of the 26-402 pivot bar to yours.

As for the balance hardware, it looks like you may use the 15-224 inverted link, which attaches to the 15-216 pivot shoe. We'll need to see how the top of your balance attaches to the window jamb and confirm the numbers stamped on the balances channel to confirm the correct replacements. Thank you!

Yes. It looks like the replacement. Do you have these parts and block and tackle 34 D?

Thanks for getting back to us. The 34D stamp tells us the strength of the spring but we'll still need to see how the top of the metal channel connects to the window jamb, as well as confirm the length of the balance, not including the inverter link.

Great. Take a look at the S795-34 (34D) channel balance. You'll need to follow the video below to swap out the T-lock shoe with the 15-224 inverted link. Just let us know if you need anything else.
