Broken Casement Window Operating Mechanism/Arms

Question

We opened casement window and it would not close properly. Mechanism arms have rusted and detached from sash. Need to replace parts. The photos are of the functional casement window as we couldn't get pictures of broken one...too busy trying to keep window sash from falling off the roof. Help please! These windows were purchased/installed in 2006.

Hey there,

Thanks for your post. The window operator you have is similar to two styles we sell. They are the 39-253RB and 39-439B Encore Dual Arm Operators. To determine which of these is the correct replacement match, you'll need to look over the specifications and compare the attachments on the end of the arms.
