Broken Coil

Question

Hello.....first of all, thank you in advance for your support. I'm having trouble finding a replacement for my mom's window. The only "Code" stamped on the coil is the letter "D". I'd like to replace both left and right side.

Hey Frank. The pivot shoe looks like our 15-177. Just make sure the dimensions below match up. This shoe works with Series 152 Coil Balances. A coil spring stamped 'D' should translate to 4, for the S152-4 4 pound spring. If your old coil housing is undamaged you can reuse it; otherwise, see our 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These newer style components 'sandwich' around each coil. Let me know if you have any questions.
