I need this whole assembly for my window. My hoyse is only 4 years old and this broke already.

Hi there, I think I can help. From your photo, I recommend our 15-199 pivot shoe along with a 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring. You will need to match the spring stamp on your old coil to confirm the best Series 160 option. The nylon spring cover would be our 15-150S, but you may be able to reuse yours.
