Hello there!

We should be able to help with this. Can you open the window and show us a full view of the operator's arms? We can narrow down some options from there.

It turns out that the window itself is rotted out at the bottom resulting in the opener mechanism breaking away from the window. Resulting in me needing a replacement window as well. The dimensions are written on the sticky note in one of the pictures.

Thank you for getting back to me! I'm afraid we don't sell replacement windows. We can only help with the operator which appears to be either the 39-031 or 39-155 depending on the length of the link arm. Take a look at the specifications to see if one matches up.
