Hi Chris,
It is very likely that we can provide the replacement lock you need for this window. Although, to determine the correct match, we'll need to see a photo of the lock removed from the window.
Please see the tutorial below for an idea on how to unlock a window with a broken lock.
Thanks for the additional photos. This window lock can be replaced with either the 38-138 (29MM Fork) or the 38-139 (37MM Fork) Roto Multi-Point Lock. Both locks are installed using the 33-096 self-tapping machine screw. Carefully look over their specifications, on the website, to determine which of these might be the best replacement.
The window operator is likely to be a match for either the 39-253RB or the 39-439B Encore Dual Arm Operator. You'll need to examine the attachment at the end of the straight arm to determine which of these is the correct replacement. Take a look at the tutorial below for a detailed explanation on the differences between the two operators.
These do not come with a cover and handle, so you may also need either the 39-376 (folding) or 39-452 cover and handle kits for the repair. The other compatible hardware and accessories can be found in the related products on the website.
Happy to help! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any additional hardware repair questions you might have.
Have a great day.
