Broken Pivot Shoes

Handy Person from Utah
I have broken pivot shoes in some of my windows.
Can you help me identify replacements?
These windows were installed by Champion.
Above are photos one of an upper and one of a lower. I assume these are the same?

Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks like our 15-177 to me. Remove one of your existing shoes, compare to the dimensions below, and see if this matches up.

Thanks for the help.
The broken pivot shoe is in the upper sash.
I will take it out and measure it as you suggest.

I watched the videos and I am confused as to where the cutout should go to remove the pivot stop and spring.

Some show the cutout at the top or bottom (spiral balance) and some show the cutout around the location of the spring assy when mounted?

Since these are not spiral balances where should the cutout go for both the upper and lower sash? If I missed the video for this particular pivot stop and spring please point me to it.

Thanks again.

You never want the cutout to be around the location of the spring assembly. Any video you saw that showed a window designed that way was in error. The result of that is that the pivot shoe could accidentally fall out of the cutout during operation, which means the entire sash would come out of the frame.

You never want the cutout to be in the path of the pivot shoe. In the case of the bottom sash, that means you want it at the very top. For the top sash then you want to do the opposite: have the cutout at the bottom of the track.
