Would you mind helping me identify the exact pivot stop I need based on the photo attached? I would be ordering two for the same window and I would also like to kn ow if I need a right and left piece.

Hello!
We can certainly help with this. We have two replacement options that you can consider: our 15-192 and 15-259.
The 15-192 is used with the S170 and S171 coil springs but please note that the aligners may need to be shaved down to fit in the window track.
The 15-259 uses the S159 coil springs and can work without modification to the pivot shoe. I recommend watching the video below. It will go over everything you'll need to know about the replacement process.
