I need two of these one Left & one Right. Please help ID if you can. Not sure of the manufacturer, maybe Curtain Teed. Fairly old windows. I hope the pictures help!

Hello, Jerry. I've seen this shoe a few times before, but not that often. You weren't kidding when you said these were old. 

We unfortunately don't have an exact match. I don't think these have been made in a long time, honestly. I think you should consider a new pivot shoe assembly like our Series 140. I can't be 100% sure this will work for you but I do think it's our best bet.

If you decide to try it out, you will need to weigh your sash to confirm which Series 140 strength option to go with. You will also need either a new 26-398 or 26-405 pivot bar, since these are the two sizes compatible with this new style balance.
