I have 19 windows and most have at least one broken balancer. these are for AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97
I've attached photos of the deteriorated/broken plastic parts that allow the string to attach to the frame/spring.

Hello!
The balance shown in your photos is an old rod type that hasn't been made in many years. However, we have an alternative. You can use our Series 795 as long as the diameter of your old spring is 1/2. The video below will walk you through the installation process every step of the way.
