Broken Sash locks and Pivot Lock Shoe

Have an old double hung window, production 2001, with broken pivot lock shoe, sash weight assembly, and sash tilt locks. Model number is hard to read but can read 'F0327' and '2CWP'. Broken pieces are on right and left side of bottom sash preventing sash from sitting in track and locking in place.

Thanks for reaching out. Your tilt latches look like they could possibly be our 26-243 and 26-244. To confirm that these are the correct replacement, you'll want to find an undamaged latch and compare the measurements shown on the diagram below. Let me know if they are not a match.

The pivot shoe in the window appears to be part 15-199. Look over the dimensions, to confirm that this is the right fit.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to look for any stamps/markings that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window.
