We have 3 windows need fixed immediately to sell house. Spring balanced 15.8 lbs sash. Sash channel is 5/8 deep and 1 1/4' wide.

These old crossbow balances aren't made anymore, but they can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balances. The video below goes into more detail.
