Broken Window Balancer Boot (part name?)

Question

I removed a Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork window (installed 1992) from the opening for maintenance, and the window balancer boot broke into about 12 pieces. The string is still accessible. What part do I need to replace the broken piece? The photo is of the opposite side that is not broken.

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but it looks like you have a type of knife lock shoe. Our S751 channel balances come with the 15-014 shoe attached but there are other variations of this shoe as well. You'll need to remove your assembly from the window to determine how the dimensions below compare to yours. If there are any discrepancies, please get back to us with additional photos and we can go from there. Thank you!
