Hello! I am trying to find a replacement part for a broken window opener. I see some online that looks similar but maybe you can direct me to the right part! Thank you so much!

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement for your Jeld Wen lock but take a look at the 90-252 and 90-253. I've included the measurements below for the latch mechanism. Review the specifications to determine if this is the right fit. Thanks for posting!

Hey, thank you for looking into this for me! We are going to determine if the window part is actually broken or not before we move forward with ordering any parts. So I will keep this thread so we know what options we have for ordering the part.
