Replacement lock base used on sliding and hung windows. This mechanism features automatic locking action when window sash is closed. Removable cover sold separately.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

90-252 latch replacement

I bought the latch replacement and it's the exact same as the previous one. It's installed but when I go to put the cover back on and line up the holes it doesn't fit. Thought maybe the screws were too far out but that's not it. What can be done about this? Thanks

replacement part for anlin window

Hi there, I think it's an Anlin window. a plastic piece broke off of the window latch so the cover fell off. You can see one of the plastic prongs is missing from the bottom. Can you help? thank you....
