EPI Window Latch for sliding window

Looking to replace a 20 year old EPI window latch that has been exposed to direct sunlight and heat and has baked and deteriorated and no longer latches and properly locks.

Hello! I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this lock. I'm not sure if it's made anymore, but either way we've never been able to get a hold of it.
The good news is that I think our 90-252 lock and 90-253 cover can work for you as a substitute set. They work together but are sold separately. Look these over and see what you think.
