Basically, we would use our S795-32 but with the top clip replaced with the 15-198. It looks like you also need the 1" wide 15-194 shoe, but that's not made available with the balance; you will need to purchase it separately and then swap them out on receipt.

Thanks for verifying. We can only supply two of these at minimum, as it's a custom order. I hope that's okay. You never want to mix old and new balances anyway, since that only leads to the new balance wearing out after only a few years of use.
