Broken Write Delmar operator handle

Question

I've got a casement window with Wright Delmar operators.  The handle shaft has snapped off inside the control, so I need to find a replacement.  Please see the attached photos.  The control is 4" long.  Can you suggest the correct replacement part?  Also, since the Right side control broke, should I consider replacing the Left as well?

Your Wright operator resembles our 39-387 and 39-388. We'll include the specifications from our product page below. You only need to replace the damaged operator but you are welcome to replace both sides if you're concerned that the second assembly will break due to age. Thanks for posting!
