Broken awning window cranks
Broken awning window cranks

We may be able to supply a replacement for this awning window operator. Before I can make a suggestion, though, I'll need a clear photo of the original part removed from the window in its entirety. Would that be possible?

If you could open the window and remove the screen so that the operator arms that move the sash are fully visible, that may help us point you in the right direction.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles the 39-239B shown below, which uses the 39-536 slides and 39-375 handle with cover.

As for the lock, take a look and compare the specifications of the 38-144 to yours. This lock uses the 38-276 and 38-277 keepers.

If you need new hinges as well, we would need to know the length of the base since yours looks larger than the hinges we normally see.
