Hi there!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Can you tell me the stamp on your metal channel? I can't quite see what yours says.

Thanks for confirming that for us. A stamp of 28B usually corresponds to our 2820 option. That said, you can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure.
