Hello! I have broken balance assemblies on the front sash right side, and back sash left side.
Let me know how I can get replacements.

Hey there! You shoe looks a lot like the discontinued Simonton pivot shoe. The good news is that there are two possible replacements we can offer.
The first option I recommend taking a look at is our 15-192 coil balance shoe. You will need to shave the aligners (nubs) off the front of the shoe so that the shoe can fit into the window channel. Take a look at the measurements below and compare them to your original hardware.

These are compatible with the S170 coil balance springs as well as the S171 coil balances which would be used to stack on top of the S170 if your shoe has more than one coil attached.
The second option is to convert your assembly to use of 15-259 coil balance shoe. The video below details how to make the conversion. Review it and see what you think.
