Broken balance assembly

Thanks for writing in! Your balance assembly appears to use the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need but be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm.
This shoe is compatible with the 1/2" Thick Series 160 Coil Balance. Based on the patent numbers you've provided, I believe you need (2) of the S160-05 and (1) of the S160-06 but you may want to double check that the sash weighs 32lbs.
The compatible support is the 15-150T Coil Triple Support.
And I'd need supports, shoes, and coils for both sides of the window...so would this mean I'd need need (4) of the S160-05 and (2) of the S160-06? By my math that comes in right around 35lbs. Is the aim to get the coil weight as close as possible to the sash weight?
Finally - I noticed this heavy duty shoe (15-191). When is that recommended?

Yes, you will want to get the weight as close as possible within a pound range. I apologize for the math typo above.
The coils that you have mentioned will work based on the weight of the sash. (2) S160-05 and (1) S160-06 on each side of the window along with the 15-150T coil support.
The 15-111 pivot shoe should work fine for your window since that is what was originally used. This shoe is interchangeable with the 15-191 heavy duty version. We usually recommend using what was original used in the window, but it would not hurt to change to the heavy duty version if needed.
