Broken balancer shoe?

Hi. No labels or Id on frame. Pic of glass included. Looks like a balancer shoe that I've never seen. My client has a bunch of broken ones.

This looks like the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. Compare with your old hardware and see if this matches up.
