Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to provide a clearer image of the pivot shoe that these coil springs attach to? Are the coil springs a 1/2" or 3/8" thick?

Does the number on the coil read #6.5? Let me know to move forward. Thank you!

Home Owner from WV
Yes it is 6.5. I can respond to the other questions when I return this weekend from vacation and can look at them again. Thank you.

No problem! Please also observe if the balance was a single or double coil set up. Thank you!

I'm back from vacation and can now get you some better info. The pictures that I sent does say 6.5. The thickness is 1/2 inch. I'm attaching pictures of the stickers I found inside the windows. I have small and larger windows that all need fixed. The picture with the yellow paper behind it is for my smaller windows. The other pictures are for the larger windows. I need 14 sets of balancers for the larger windows along with 8 tilt latches. I need 8 sets of balancers for the smaller windows. Thank you.

Unfortunately the labels provided do not help with identification. We will need to see all parts to continue.

With a 1/2" coil, take a look at the Series 160 coils spring along with the S160-06 which is a 6.5 coil strength.

Do the smaller windows use one coil spring on each side of the window?

How many coils are used for the larger windows and are the stamped numbers the same?

Looking at your original pictures, I believe your window uses the 15-111 pivot shoe, but please confirm and measure below.

For the tilt latches, I will need to see pictures of the original style to move forward. Thank you!

This is good info and I shared it with my contractor. He wanted to know is it possible he can call you directly. Or I can give you his jibber to call him. He still has a few questions and it's honestly above what I understand about windows. Thanks.

Unfortunately I do not have a direct phone line, only can be reaching my email. I apologize for the inconvenience.

What are his questions? Can you provide pictures of one of the assemblies from the large and small windows still installed with the window sash removed?

Along with a picture of the tilt latches?

Home Owner from WV
Yes I can. My contractor is coming over tomorrow to pull all those so we can take pictures. I'll send them tomorrow.

Thank you! From there we can move forward with identification.

If there are any coils that do not have a number stamped, we will need to know the weight of the window sash to confirm the weighted coils needed to support the sash when lifted.

Here are a few more pictures. What we need is 6.5 coils, 9.0 coils and pivot shoes, tilt latches and the cover for the coil springs. You sent me a link to the coils and pivot shoes. Will you please send me one for the coil covers and tilt latches. Thank you.

No problem!

For the tilt latch, please start by reviewing the 26-243 and 26-244 to see how the dimensions compare to your original.

I have also related the S160-09 9lb coil on the page. For the covers, please review the 15-150S for a single coil support or the 15-150D for a double support. It appears your balance also uses a bumper. See the 15-148 if a new one is needed.

Let me know if you have any additional questions!
