Broken balances

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance appears to be the Series 795 Channel Balance. To confirm the exact S795 replacement you need, I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window. 

I am specifically looking to see a photo of the shoe attached to the bottom of the balance as well as the hook/clip attached to the top of it. If the attachment at the top is a hook, I'll also need to see a photo of the installation hole at the top of the window channel where it installs.

Please also confirm the stamp from the metal channel of the balance.
