I attached two pictures of our broken shoe that fits in the bottom of the 21" window sash. I cannot find a name of the window anywhere.
I put the numbers that I found on the broken part as you will see. I am thinking that the window is a Jeld-Wen window from Home Depot but not sure as I was not the owner at the time the windows were installed. the window is Height 49" x 52" Width.
