Broken cams?

Windows are 12+ years old and went to remove lower sash. When they came out, I had metal pieces on the ground. I don't know who the manufacture is. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Looks like you just need a new pivot shoe. Check out our 15-177, I think this is just what you were looking for.

These shoes do not come with instructions, no, but we have video instructions on our site. I recommend watching them if you aren't familiar with this kind of project.
