Broken cams on vinyl window constant force balance

Window circa 2006. Dimensions of body: 1-7/32" wide x 17/32" deep x 1-15/32" high. Can only see "D" on spring. Right side, facing window from inside. Window double hung, 27-3/4" wide x 45-1/4" high. What is the replacement for this?

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. I suggest the 15-177, which appears to be a dead ringer for the original. It should be compatible with all existing hardware.
