Broken casement windows operators

Question

I have several casement windows operators that no longer work.  I have included five photos of the operator that needs replacing.  You can see the name Entrygard Truth is inscribed on it along with the number 20810.  The one arm is approximately 4.25 inches in length.  Do you carry replacements that fit this crank, both right handed and left handed?  Thank you.
