Broken channel balance on Nuair window

Question

Attached are pictures of the broken channel balance on my Nuair window. The balance is 35 inches long without the nylon attachments and has no marking on it. The botton side of the balance is 1 inch wide with the nylon attahment. The window pane weighs 22.3lbs.

I selected balance #S350-35 with option 3430 on the Swissco site. Is this the correct balance?

Hello,

Since your top and bottom fittings are winged, you could have either the S380-35 or S385-35 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3430 spring strength options to support your sash weight.
