My recommendation would be either our S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to see which is the better match. Your 28-G-70 stamp may correlate with our 2870 spring weight option, which is for a sash weighing 39 to 42 pounds, but you can always weigh yours to confirm.
